The following changes are hereby made to the subject Invitation:

 

Form-D is hereby modified to reflect the addition of the following line items:

 

v     New Way: King Cobra 25RL: 25-Yd, High Compaction Rear Loader

v     New Way: King Cobra 32RL: 32-Yd, High Compaction Rear Loader

 

These additions modify the New Way portion of the “Rear Loader” section of Form-D. A revised version of Form-D is included as an attachment to this notice. 

 

Copies of the revised documents are attached, and revised documentation will soon be available on the website. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

 

NOTE:  This Addendum modifies the Invitation, and in accordance with the requirements therein, it is understood that by submitting a bid response, Offeror acknowledges receipt of this addendum. Offeror bear sole responsibility for making themselves aware of, requesting, and insuring receipt of any Invitation or addendum issued by H-GAC. H‑GAC is not liable or responsible in any way for any Offeror's knowledge and/or receipt of the Invitation, or any addendum which might be issued.


 

A copy of this addendum should be placed in the response in accordance with the requirements stated in the Invitation.
